Harrowby Infant School, Grantham
KEIM Universal Render and KEIM Granital were used onto the exterior rendered surfaces.
KEIM Universal Render was specified due to its composition of hydraulic lime and white cement binder with sand and mineral fibre fillers. This composition means that the render can accommodate a high degree of movement (thermal expansion and contraction) whilst at the same time preventing surface crazing and cracking.
KEIM Granital was chosen as it provides a proven long-life decorative and protective integral finish.
