What a transformation!

This through coloured render property was suffering from red algae due to its location. There was a build-up of other organic growth as well as dust and dirt. An effective treatment for red algae is a bleach solution diluted 50/50 with clean cold water applied to the affected areas using a medium-stiff brush. Once treated, ensure the area is cleaned thoroughly prior to further treatment or decoration using Keim Mineral Paints. KEIM Soldalit was applied onto the render to give this house a fresh, matt finish.
