Pen Y Clawdd House is a Grade II listed domestic property located in the village of Pen Y Clawdd. When we visited the property there was high amounts of red algae growing in the roughcast render, for this we recommend using a DOFF system to remove and kill off the growth as much as possible to ensure best conditions for the longevity of KEIM Mineral Paints. KEIM Soldalit-ME was the chosen paint system due to its resistance against mould and algae growth.
