This late Victorian shop front and apartments is in the city centre of Gloucester. New lime render was applied on the lower storeys to replace the old, friable surfaces. KEIM Soldalit Fixativ was applied onto the lime render to equalise the surface porosity before a two-coat application of KEIM Soldalit-ME was applied over all surfaces to give a sleek, modern finish.
