Stone Bay Court is a sea view apartment building located right on the sea front in East Esplanade, Broadstairs. The previously painted through-coloured render was originally decorated in KEIM in 2014 and has been redecorated due to the location of the property in late 2020. KEIM Universal Render Fine was used for minor crack repairs prior to the application of KEIM Royalan.
