This large domestic property in Aylesbury needed alterations as the pebbledash render was in poor condition. A lime render was used over the existing render, followed by a coat of KEIM Soldalit Fixativ. After 12 hours, a two-coat application of KEIM Soldalit-ME was applied as it has a high resistant to mould and algae growth. KEIM Mineral Paints delays the growth of fungi and algae spores and the mineral pigments make the paint look and stay brighter for longer.
