Wykeham House is a Grade II listed domestic property in the popular village of Wonston, Winchester, dating back to the 1760’s with Victorian additions. KEIM Contact Plus was diluted with approximately 10% by weight Keim Soldalit Fixativ which obliterated hairline cracks over the previously painted smooth render. Followed by a two-coat system of KEIM Soldalit-ME offering high levels of algae and fungal resistance, a lightfast and UV resistant coating which is extremely durable, resistant to weathering and non-flammable.
