Private Residence, Swaffham Bulbeck
This detached domestic property in the village of Swaffham Bulbeck in Cambridgeshire was originally limewashed smooth render. With much of the limewash deteriorating and flaking off, the owners sought for a breathable finish which was long lasting and hardwearing. Their decorator, Guiseppe Piran, recommended KEIM to the owners who had already researched KEIM online.
David Smith, Senior Sales Executive of KEIM visited the property and specified an initial coat of KEIM Soldalit Fixativ to consolidate the dusty and chalky facades. KEIM Soldalit was applied as the owners were looking for a lighter colour than the existing limewash.
Not only are KEIM paints long lasting compared to limewash, they are natural, light fast, UV stable and environmentally friendly. See other advantages of using KEIM over limewash here.
