The National Trust contacted KEIM to decorate their private house which was previously lime washed render. To consolidate the friable surfaces and control the surface porosity, we specified the use of KEIM Fixativ as a first coat. We then recommended a two-coat application of KEIM Soldalit to give this bright, opaque, matt finish.
