Accurist House, Baker Street, London
KEIM Concretal Lasur was applied onto the panels of this commercial building in 2014. There was evidence of heavy staining to the rear of the building, in which we recommended the use of KEIM Silan Primer. This was applied as an initial coat, under the paint system, to give an additional water repellence to the paint system and prevent any further staining.
