Baldwin Manor is a Grade II* listed timber framed house in Cambridge. The lime rendered surfaces were previously painted which was believed to be a breathable paint. KEIM Soldalit was applied over the rendered surfaces to continue the breathability benefits and introduce UV stability and longevity.
