KEIM Universal Render was specified for its environmentally friendly and sustainable properties, along with breathability and ease of application. KEIM Universal Render comprises a hydrated lime and pozzolanic binder with sand and mineral fibre fillers that can accommodate a high degree of movement without surface crazing and cracking. KEIM Ecosil-ME was also used on the internal walls to provide an environmentally friendly and highly cost-effective decorative solution.
