School of Architecture, Cambridge University
The School of Architecture Building in Cambridge has been a building of special interest since 1972. The clients were looking for a paint system which is long lasting and breathable, and wouldn’t deteriorate like the previous conventional paint system. Following discussions between KEIM, the clients, and the contractors, KEIM Soldalit was chosen. First, KEIM Soldalit Grob was applied, to help equalise the surface. Following this, KEIM Soldalit was used, to give the building a waterproof yet breathable coat that is durable and long-lasting.
