KEIM Universal Render and KEIM Granital were used for the renovation of the external façade during the conversion of the building into offices.  KEIM Universal Render was used due to its flexibility, breathability and ease of application.  The finish was then decorated with KEIM Granital give a long life, durable protective paint finish.
