Dunbar Community Bakery is a town centre shop located in a conservation area in Dunbar. Before KEIM was applied, the surfaces were lime render with a lime wash finish and it looked dated. A first coat of KEIM Soldalit Fixativ was specified to equalise the surface porosity.  Followed by a two-coat application of KEIM Soldalit to allow free passage of moisture vapour and virtually eliminating blistering and flaking paint. It also reduces energy consumption by helping to keep the building drier. Dunbar Community Bakery was painted by the High Street Painting Team, who were all volunteers.
