English Language Centre, Brighton, Hove

Founded in 1962, ELC Brighton is a Grade II listed building and one of the oldest English schools in the UK. The classrooms are bright and comfortable, with many having student kitchen and lounges, interactive whiteboards as well as a multi-study centre.

KEIM Soldalit Grob, which is used as a base coat on previously painted surfaces, was applied onto the smooth render. KEIM Royalan, in a magnolia colour, was then applied due to the location of the project and is to withstand harsh weather conditions.
