This 1930’s commercial building is situated on the junction of City Road and Epworth Street. The office space is arranged over lower ground, ground and six upper floors. KEIM Soldalit was used on the on the upper floors to create a colourfast, protective and decorative finish. KEIM Royalan and KEIM MX Glaze were originally specified on the ground level as the architect was looking for a black finish. However, after having further site visits and trials, it was noted that KEIM Soldalit would be the most suitable paint system before applying KEIM MX Glaze on this project because KEIM MX Glaze makes the painted finish a shade darker.
