Fleetwood Memorial Park was designed in 1926 by Sir Leslie Patrick Abercrombie as a memorial to those from Fleetwood and the surrounding area who fell during the First World War. The Baroque triumphal arch gateway, located on Park Avenue, is Grade II listed.
Formerly green and white, the gates were decorated in 2017 using KEIMÂ Restauro Lasur and continue to play a vital role in Remembrance services and displays annually.
