KEIM Royalan was applied onto the external previously painted roughcast render surfaces to provide a colourfast, longlife, breathable, protective and decorative mineral matt finish.  KEIM Lotexan N was applied onto the smooth sandstone details to prevent water ingress whilst still retaining the look and breathability of the natural stone.
