This detached property was re-rendered in 2015 and decorated with KEIM Royalan in 2016. The original surfaces were unpainted smooth render and stone and the client wanted a fresh painted finish. In 2019 the outbuilding was painted using KEIM Royalan to give a breathable, lightfast and long-life finish.
