Grosvenor Square, Southampton

Grosvenor Square in Southampton is a stunning Grade II listed office building. It was decorated to match the building next door which was painted with KEIM Granital in 2011. There were areas that were splitting along the ashlar lines which were rectified using KEIM Contact Plus. KEIM Soldalit-ME was chosen over the smooth render due to its longevity and mould resistant credentials.
