This large two-storey detached property in Liverpool needed a complete redecoration. The smooth previously painted coating over the render was in poor condition and required extensive preparation prior to the application of KEIM Mineral Paints.

We recommended using KEIM Algicid for areas suffering from mould and algae growth and KEIM Spachtel was used for crack repairs. After the preparation was completed, there were areas of chalking on the surface, a single coat of KEIM Fixativ was applied diluted 50:50 with water to consolidate these areas prior to KEIM Soldalit being applied over all surfaces.
