House in Edinburgh
KEIM were asked to visit this large private residence property in Edinburgh in November 2016. During the site visit, it was evident of some contamination of moss & algae and staining from the iron water goods, which had been repaired, on the previously painted roughcast render. KEIM I.G. Primer, a colourless primer with good water vapour permeability, was applied to obliterate staining and KEIM Algicid was applied for the removal of and protection from mould and algae. The chimneys were the first to be completed, followed by the main elevations in February 2017 which were repaired and washed down, before being decorated with the KEIM Soldalit system.
