This semi-detached thatched cottage in Eype was originally decorated by the owner in KEIM Granital 20 years ago. The front elevation was then redecorated with a single coat 10 years later to give a refresh.

The owner, John Hall, contacted KEIM for a further refresh in 2020. Julian Cullum, Senior Sales Executive of KEIM Mineral Paints, visited Jessamine Cottage and recommended using the KEIM Royalan system due to proximity to the sea.

John is very happy with the service provided by KEIM and how well the paint has performed over the years. He has even recommended KEIM to his neighbours and friends. John commented “I am extremely pleased with the final result…I do thank you very much for all the help and advice that you gave me.”

This is a fantastic example of the longevity of KEIM Paints. To ensure a maximum long-life finish, we would recommend washing down surfaces periodically with a mild diluted detergent.
