The property was re-rendered using KEIM Universal Render due to its composition of hydrated lime and pozzolanic binder with sand and mineral fibre fillers. This composition means that the render is very breathable and can accommodate a high degree of movement (thermal expansion and contraction) without surface crazing and cracking.  KEIM Royalan was used as the decorative system to provide a protective, breathable and long term performance coating.
