KEIM Soldalit Fixativ was applied onto the new lime render to help reduce the high surface porosity. A single coat of KEIM Soldalit Grob was applied onto the previously painted plinths, sills and side wall to fill hairline cracks, followed by a two-coat application of KEIM Soldalit over all surfaces. KEIM Soldalit was chosen as it offers advantages onto both unpainted and previously painted surfaces and provides a high-performance decorative coating.
