This 1930s domestic property in Leicester had been newly rendered with lime to allow the building to breathe. After a minimum of 28 days to ensure the fresh render had dry out and carbonated to a minimum depth of 2.5mm, KEIM Royalan Dilution was applied to equalise the surface porosity. A coat of KEIM Royalan Grob was specified to help equalise the texture of the new lime render, followed by a coat of KEIM Royalan to give a modern finish.
