KEIM Granital was applied to the exterior roughcast render surfaces for long term performance and high quality decorative finish. KEIM Silan Primer was used as a undercoat to give added water repellent protection to the surfaces.
The range of colours chosen was optimised by using a mineral paint from the high light reflectivity and brightness of the whites, through to the UV stability/fade free benefits of the vibrant colours.
