Southampton Hotel in Jersey operated entirely as a public house and was recently demolished and rebuilt, except for the façade, which has been retained. This landmark building is now large offices, above a new bar. For the redecoration of the building, KEIM were approached to provide a protective finish due to the exposed location. KEIM Royalan was used on the exterior façades to withstand harsh weather conditions and remain bright and radiant, even on dull days.
