The existing render was removed and replaced with KEIM Universal Render which was then decorated with the KEIM Concretal Lasur system.  By combining the benefits of a lime based render composition in an easy to use pre-bagged form, KEIM Universal Render is ideally suited for specification and use for render renovation and restoration.

KEIM Concretal Lasur is a low pigmentation colourwash which can be used to apply a natural effect to a variety of substrates, including render and concrete, whilst not looking like an opaque paint coating.
