Stanmore Hall, Middlesex
Stanmore Hall is truly an impressive building in terms of its history, architecture and luxurious interior. Dating back to the 19th Century and arranged as three wings with an elegant hall, this magnificent Gothic style grade II listed building was sensitively converted into 23 apartments in the mid-1980s.
The exterior render of the building was decorated due to unsightly cracking in the render. KEIM Granital and KEIM Restauro Lasur were used to obliterate the underlying cracks and repairs.
KEIM Restauro Top and KEIM Restauro Lasur were also used for stone repairs and KEIM Universal Render, for render repairs. KEIM Lotexan was also used onto some of the stone work features to protect against water ingress.
