KEIM Universal Render and KEIM Soldalit were used onto the exterior rendered surfaces.

KEIM Universal Render was applied due to its composition of hydrated lime and pozzolanic binder with sand and mineral fibre fillers. This composition means that the render can accommodate a high degree of movement (thermal expansion and contraction) whilst at the same time preventing surface crazing and cracking. KEIM Soldalit was chosen as it provides a proven long-life decorative and protective integral finish.

KEIM Optil was used onto the interior surfaces due to its high quality matt appearance and light reflectivity.
