This large detached farmhouse is approximately 200 years old and is situated in a rural location with plenty of trees in close proximity. KEIM Soldalit-ME was chosen to paint the building, due to its exceptional resistance to mould and fungi, a necessity for its rural location. KEIM Soldalit-ME is also breathable and durable, making it an excellent choice. This was applied over the top of previously painted surfaces as they were sound enough to be over coated.
