The existing unsuitable conventional coatings on the lower level rendered areas were stripped using KEIM STS7M and the Doff system. The surfaces were then re-decorated with KEIM Soldalit-ME to give unparalleled durability and breathability.
KEIM Soldalit-ME will also help with extra resistance to mould and fungal growth and help to neutralise toxic emissions (Nitrogen Oxides) from the air.
The brickwork surfaces were cleaner using KEIM Lime Remover and then treated with KEIM Lotexan to reduce water penetration through the surfaces and make the brickwork easier to clean.
