We always recommend, where possible, to remove existing coatings to allow the walls to breathe. KEIM STS 7M was used to remove the previous coating on this domestic property in Burnham-on-Sea. KEIM Algicid was applied to eliminate any further algae growth that had built up due to trapped moisture from the previous conventional paint coating. KEIM Spachtel was then used to fill cracks within the render, followed by a three-coat application of the KEIM Royalan system.
