KEIM Granital was applied onto the external new render elevations and KEIM Lotexan N for stonework. KEIM Granital was chosen due to the colour availability along with its proven long-life decorative and protective integral finish. KEIM Lotexan N was applied as a long-life waterproofing treatment which does not leave a residue or glaze on the surfaces and does not darken the stonework.
