Wenlock Works, Shepherdess Walk, London
Wenlock works is a 1980s building on Shepherdess Walk in east London. The architect took influence from the history of the area and some of the older surrounding buildings to reinterprets the warehouses of Old Street’s industrial heyday to inspire new ways of thinking and working for its community of visionaries today. Their first move was structural, they added two new storeys at roof level and a rear extension.
The existing brickwork façade to the middle storey was refurbished and refreshed using KEIM Soldalit White and 9008.
