Westward Farm

Westward Farm, The Green, Winwick, Huntingdon

This detached farmhouse is approximately two hundred years old. The smooth render was previously painted with a failing conventional paint system, and the clients were looking for a longer-lasting solution. KEIM Universal Render was used to make patch repairs; this lime-based render can be painted over more quickly than an NHL render and is very flexible. KEIM Soldalit-ME was then painted over the top, to leave a breathable, durable, mould and fungal resistant finish.
